外汇评论：相互依赖的关系

昨天的进展有大幅度的期待所以我很满意，结果即使在下半天没有强大的趋势方向。如果有任何一个难题，则需要解决欧元兑日元,美元兑日元和欧元兑美元之间的平衡。交叉线需要走出一个新的高。美元兑日元需要一个新的高度,但我们不能排除一个比我们昨天见到的更为轻微加深的校正。欧元兑美元需要走低,但这个货币对之间的平衡相当精致。各一个组合都需要得到适当的平衡才能运行。它可能表明,欧元兑美元很可能花一天时间去横向整合。这可能是适当的,因为我觉得美元兑瑞郎有潜力到一个更低的位置。

Interdependencies

Yesterday’s developments were within broad expectations so I’m quite satisfied with the outcome even if there was no stronger moves that developed towards the latter half of the day. If there’s any one puzzle that needs to be resolved it’s the balance between EURJPY, USDJPY and EURUSD. The cross needs to make a new high. USDJPY needs to make a new high – but we can’t rule out a slightly deeper correction than we saw yesterday. EURUSD needs to go lower – but the balance between these pairs is rather delicate. Everything needs to be right to get this balance to work. It could perhaps suggest that EURUSD may well spend a day in a sideways consolidation. This could be appropriate because I feel that USDCHF has potential to make one more low.

I note that the 4-hour Price Equilibrium Clouds are holding the Dollar down for the moment in the Continentals. This would certainly help the cause but it’s quite hard to be certain of whether this can develop. In GBPUSD, price is attempting to break free from the 4-hour Cloud. It needs a little more impetus but clearance would suggest some upside potential.

The Aussie met its mini double bottom target. It also has a larger (potential) double bottom but has not see the trigger to provide confirmation as yet. However, with the Dollar seemingly more interested in the upside there are downside risks in the Aussie also. Currently there’s a fine balance but remain patient to confirm the next move…

I was quite satisfied with the losses in USDJPY yesterday. It has a rather wide band of support that is requiring some close attention. However, if it can spring any surprise it’ll be to the upside – which would assist the cross in its rally to a new high.

So there are some puzzles to resolve in terms of the balance between key pairs. Remain patient and be aware of what is required to trigger a stronger directional move and the respective impact on the related pairs.
