外汇评论：今天我将有意于美元收益

昨天主要为区间交易- 但这并不足为奇。也许最明显的交易是看涨三角形，这个三角形预示美元兑日元正走向它的预期目标。也有人认为欧元兑日元的回升推动了美元兑日元的推高 - 尽管欧元兑美元也在其中有着显著的贡献。

美元兑日元也可能将出现更多的混乱运动。唯一的问题是这股势头 - 无论是4小时图和小时图 – 皆是更为看涨，而却我宁可下行。因此，如上所述，关键是要理解，哪里存在行情分解，而另一些需要得到力量。这反过来将影响欧元兑日元的设法反弹，这将面临着上行的障碍。然而美元兑日元将其拖至更低......嗯，它是最优先考虑的，但鉴于美元兑日元给出的势头条件，有一个需求将确认我的怀疑。

I fancy some Dollar gains today

Predominantly range trading yesterday – but which was hardly surprising. Perhaps the most obvious trade was the bullish triangle in USDJPY that moved towards its expected target. It was also the rally in USDJPY that provided EURJPY with a push higher – although EURUSD did make a significant contribution also.

So what next? Well, as far as I can see, we should begin to see some more directional development and on the Dollar upside but with varying levels of enthusiasm. This applies to the Continental Europeans and Aussie in particular. Of these three, it looks like EURUSD has the more aggressive target while the other two probably have much less room in which to manoeuvre. It could end up with some range trading in USDCHF and AUDUSD while EURUSD goes walkabout.

GBPUSD has been taking a long drunken walk along a meandering trail and has been frustrating me as I have waited for further strength. This has brought some uncertainty but we therefore need to acknowledge the boundaries that signal directional moves. Even then, I can’t see any strong follow-through.

Where there could be more movement is in USDJPY. The only issue is that momentum – both 4-hour and hourly – are more on the bullish side and I had pferred the downside. Therefore, as mentioned above, the key is to understand where one scenario breaks down and the other take force. This in turn will impact on EURJPY that managed to rally but is facing an upside barrier. Will USDJPY drag this lower … well that is the pference but given the momentum conditions in USDJPY there is a requirement to confirm my suspicions.
