Plodding along

No enormous hiccups over the past two days. In fact, it has basically developed ptty much as expected with some minor stretches in some currencies but nothing to provoke any real problems. So the outlook I provided on Tuesday basically remains the same. This should see the Dollar continue to correct lower, but there shouldn’t be much more to go and, therefore, it’ll be worth watching for those lows later today to allow the Dollar to return to the upside.

This should see EURUSD reach the retracement areas I indicated on Tuesday, the one that had a more narrow target area, while USDCHF and GBPUSD being in positions where there were no set retracement levels. However, these latter two do seem to be pointing to some clear retracement areas. Including AUDUSD into the group, I have tentatively found what I feel could be a solution to the puzzle I had. I do still have some issues with this but will provide an outlook that would imply one scenario and if this does not work – well, we’ll know that the opposite scenario more likely develop…

Moving on from the Europeans/Aussie, the JPY pairs have been, languid and sleepy. Having said that, the confusion within EURJPY could hold the solution. It has attempted to move lower but just does not have the correct structure (or I haven’t…) but assuming my observations are correct it should resolve this over the next couple of days and most likely beginning today. It does tend to suggest that both JPY pairs will see the upside resume.

Once again, no home runs, no slam dunks, no touch downs and no strike outs…

Good trading
